Great Dog Photography Starts

If FotoCoach Italy had an award for most enthusiastic, Jayne Rose would have taken first place! Jayne had a very basic understanding of photography and her gear, but that did not stop her from signing up for It’s a Lab Thing’s FotoCoach with Andy Biggar. She drove all the way from Rome with her absolutely gorgeous Labrador puppy, Happy ready to take her photography to the next level.

Eager to Learn

Jayne is hardly shy and when she walked into the classroom she was eager to learn. Like a sponge, she took every advantage to soak up what Andy had to teach and out in the field for practice it was go time. Once Jayne found her groove she was shooting away. Every shot she took and as the day progressed, you could see her confidence level get higher and higher. The result of that confidence and and Andy’s teachings could clearly be seen in her photography.  She was getting better.

Progress, Progress, Progress!!

The two days past and I can easily say that after it was all said and done, Jayne got the title “Most Improved”. She even won one of our peer judged photography contests where we choose one picture after our practice session. I was happy to have Jayne join us and I am confident that as long as she keeps at it and remembers what she learned, she easily has the makings of a great dog photographer.

Thank You

I want to thank Jayne for sharing her pictures and participating in It’s a Lab Thing’s FotoCoach with Andy Biggar. I hope to see her again when we return to Italy in 2014 and see where she is at. I also want to thank her awesome Labrador, Happy for being such a well behaved puppy. I recently have learned that Happy has a new furry brother.

FotoCoach USA will be May 3rd, 2014. Open registration begins tomorrow. Are you ready to take your photography to the next level? Now is your Chance!

Hi, I live just outside Edinburgh and have two dog. I would love to learn to take good photographs of them.

Will you be offering a course near where I live sometime next year as I would be interested in attending?
